Healing Power Trio
Goal · Connective-tissue repair plus mitochondrial-bioenergetic support research.
The classic recovery pair (BPC-157 + TB-500) covers complementary tissue-repair mechanisms: BPC-157 drives VEGF angiogenesis and growth-hormone-receptor upregulation at injury sites, TB-500 sequesters G-actin to promote endothelial and stem-cell migration into those sites. MOTS-c contributes a mitochondrial-derived AMPK-activating peptide that acts as an exercise mimetic in aged rodent models (Reynolds 2021 PMID 33473109), supporting cellular energy supply during the repair phase. Per-component animal-model evidence is documented separately; no published RCT validates the three-component combination as a unit.
COMPONENTS

Angiogenesis + cytoprotection at injury site

Actin-cytoskeleton-driven cell migration + anti-fibrotic

AMPK activation · mitochondrial exercise-mimetic biology
CYCLE FRAMING
4–6 weeks loading, 4 weeks maintenance per community protocols
RESEARCH NOTE
No published RCT validates this three-component combination. BPC-157 and TB-500 are both WADA-prohibited. Per-component animal-model dose ranges do not translate to a human recommendation.
