Muscle Growth Research
Muscle growth research targets myogenic differentiation, satellite-cell activation, hypertrophy pathways, and myostatin antagonism. Follistatin-344 antagonizes myostatin (GDF-8) and activin signaling, increasing lean muscle mass in animal models. PEG-MGF (PEGylated mechano growth factor, an IGF-1Ec splice variant) drives satellite-cell activation and local hypertrophy. All muscle-growth peptides are prohibited at all times under WADA Section S2.
